Our mission is to create an inclusive community that fosters personal growth, leadership, and community connection.

Participant Requirements
- Each race participant must complete their own registration and waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.
- The 5K is open to participants ages 12 and older. Younger children should register for the Kids Dash.
- Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. No deferrals.
- All participants must be pre-registered. There will be no race-day registration.
- There will be no gear check.

Kids Dash (1K) Details
Fans 14 years of age or younger are eligible to run the Kids Dash 1K course. This fun, family-friendly run will end at the finish line alongside the 5K runners.
Parent / Guardian Information
- Young participants should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Parents/guardians of registered participants will receive a wristband allowing course and finish line access to cheer on their racers.
- Only registered participants will receive a finisher medal.
- Kids ages 2 & under do not require a spectator ticket.
Course Info & Safety
Water Stations
Water will be available at the halfway point and at the finish line. Stay hydrated!
Safety & Medical
Emergency services and medical teams will be stationed throughout the course. Restrooms will be available at the start/finish and at the halfway point.
Not Permitted on Course
No bicycles, hand cycles, inline skates, motorized devices, pets, skateboards, or strollers on the course. Unregistered runners are prohibited for safety and liability compliance.
Headphone Policy: Headphones are discouraged. If you plan to use them, please keep the volume low so you can hear vehicle traffic and voice instructions from course marshals.
Spectator Info
Spectators may view the finish line from a designated viewing area inside the venue. Spectators may be required to have a free spectator ticket to enter (limit four per transaction). Kids ages 2 & under do not require a spectator ticket.
Only those registered for the race will be permitted in restricted areas following the event.
5K Fun Run Details
Timing & Awards
Racers will start in waves beginning at 10:00 AM. Waves will continue every 10-15 minutes until all runners are on the course. Each racer will be awarded a medal upon crossing the finish line.
Course Description
The 3.1-mile run will start near the matchday venue and take runners through scenic routes, ending at the finish line inside the venue. Check back for an updated course map closer to race day.
Entertainment
Enjoy live music at the start and finish line and throughout the course. Keep an eye out for Seawolves players, mascots, and special guests cheering you on!
Finisher Medal
Every registered participant who completes the race will receive a commemorative finisher medal. Show off your accomplishment!
